Less jargon. More “I know what to do.”

The topics are built around the situations workspace teams actually face. Short explanations and practical scenarios help turn a policy into a useful action.

AML awareness

What the rules ask of a workspace business, in plain English.

Customer due diligence

Knowing who your customers are, and what to collect and check.

Recognising and escalating concerns

What to look out for, and who to tell when something doesn’t feel right.

Mail handling

Handing over post and parcels to the right people, every time.

Physical workspace security

Keeping your building, your members and their information safe.

The policy is on the shared drive. Has anyone read it?

A 40-page PDF shows an auditor you have a policy. It doesn’t tell you whether the person on reception knows what to do on a Tuesday afternoon.

Team training is built around short courses, real scenarios and a record of who has done what. The basics are free in Learn, and Protect keeps the record.

Make the next real situation easier.

Short explanations come with practical scenarios, so people practise the decision before they meet it at reception.

The answers point back to your own procedures, so the training and the way you work stay the same thing.

Scenario 2 of 4

Someone at reception asks to collect a parcel for a customer company. They’re not on the customer’s record. What do you do?

  • AHand it over, it’s their company
  • BCheck the authorised collectors list first
  • CPost it back to the sender

Right. Only release items to people the customer has authorised, and check their ID at first collection.

Give every role the right starting point.

A new centre colleague and an experienced compliance reviewer have different needs. Assign relevant learning by role and see where people need support.

Stop hunting for training records.

See who has completed the required learning and who needs a reminder. Each record identifies the course version, with certificates available alongside it.

Head office can see training across every location, with access controlled by staff responsibilities and permissions.
