We know the work behind the workspace.
We’ve seen how much work goes into looking after customers and keeping the operation on track. We also know why it’s worth getting right.
Whoeverly brings together two founders with different backgrounds and a shared ambition: help workspace operators grow stronger businesses without burying their teams in the process.

A good workspace business needs more than a good space.
Customers expect a dependable service. Your team needs to know how to deliver it, including when something goes wrong.
Too often, the process depends on whoever remembers how it was done last time. The record is somewhere in their inbox.
Whoeverly connects it: practical compliance, everyday operations and commercial growth, with automation taking care of more of the repetitive work.

Compliance from both sides of the table.
We’ve investigated fraud, worked on money laundering cases as lawyers, built anti-money laundering training and run the compliance side of virtual offices day to day. Whoeverly is built on that experience.

Francesca Dixon
Co-founder · Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) · Former Managing Director of a leading UK virtual office provider
Francesca is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and the former Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest virtual office providers. She has spent a decade in flexible workspace and address services.
In 2025 she founded Flex AML to help operators with practical compliance, from customer onboarding and due diligence to risk assessment and everyday delivery.
At Whoeverly, she is helping turn that experience into workflows staff can follow. That includes recognising when a case needs closer review and making sure the relevant information is there.
Eddie Whittingham
Co-founder · Former police officer and solicitor, workspace owner and technology entrepreneur
Eddie spent nine years as a police officer, including work on fraud cases. He then qualified as a solicitor at the international law firm Addleshaw Goddard and spent three years specialising in regulatory crime, including fraud and money laundering. It gave him a clear view of how decisions look when they’re examined after the event, and why the record matters.
He went on to build and bootstrap The Defence Works, which trained thousands of people through its security awareness and anti-money laundering courses, to a multi-million-pound exit in 2020. He then founded Ministry of Work, a private work club for founders and business leaders in Greater Manchester.
At Whoeverly, he brings an investigator’s eye for whether the record would stand up. As a workspace owner himself, he made Whoeverly the platform he wanted for Ministry of Work, the one his own team relies on every day to onboard customers, stay compliant and grow.

Different experience. A very practical ambition.
Francesca understands the detail of virtual office compliance and operations. Eddie has seen financial crime from the enforcement and legal side, and runs a workspace himself.
Together, we build the tools we think make a working day easier for an operator, without losing sight of the decisions that need proper attention.
A few things we’re stubborn about.
Operators should own their customer relationships.
We want you to have the tools and confidence to grow more of your own business directly.
Repetitive work should earn its place.
If your team keeps copying the same information or sending the same reminder, there is a good reason to look for a better process.
People need to understand what happens next.
Good software should make a colleague’s job clearer, whether they work at reception, in operations or in compliance.
Important decisions need a proper record.
Automation should help the right people make and evidence decisions, with clear responsibility when something needs review.
Growth needs to work in practice.
A new revenue idea only becomes useful when your team can deliver it reliably.

Help us build the next chapter.
If you’re running several locations, you’ll have your own examples of work that takes longer than it should.
We’d like to hear what would make the biggest difference to your operation.
