About Whoeverly
Is Whoeverly available now?
Yes. Book a discovery call and we’ll walk you through Grow and Protect with your own locations in mind. You can also get the free Virtual Office Launch Pack now.
Who is it for?
Virtual office, coworking, serviced office and business centre operators. We’re designing it with the coordination and oversight needs of larger, multi-location businesses firmly in mind.
Will it replace our workspace management software?
No. Whoeverly isn’t a booking or access system. It works alongside the software you already use, helping you find new members and know who’s in your building. Tell us what you use when you book a discovery call, and we’ll confirm what Whoeverly can connect to for your set-up.
Will it do everything automatically?
It automates routine tasks and follow-ups. Exceptions, risk decisions and approvals still need the appropriate human oversight.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is per location and depends on your setup. Book a discovery call and we’ll talk you through the numbers for your locations. Larger groups can talk to us about Enterprise. See our plans.
Who it’s for
Can it support an existing customer base?
Yes. Moving your existing customers across is part of setting you up. Book a discovery call and tell us your customer volume and current systems so we can plan it with you.
Is this only for large operators?
No. Grow and Protect are priced per location, so they work for a single centre as well as a portfolio. Larger, multi-location businesses are a priority in the design.
Just starting out?
The free Launch Pack is available now to help you think through the foundations.
Is Whoeverly replacing our booking or access system?
No. Whoeverly isn’t a booking or access system. It works alongside the software you already use, helping you find new members and know who’s in your building.
Can we start with one location?
Yes. Prices are per location, so you can start with one and add more. We’re interested in both individual locations and portfolio-wide requirements. Tell us about your plans when you book a discovery call.
Can compliance be reviewed centrally?
Central review and location-level working are part of the workflow design. Tell us how your locations work and we can talk through the set-up.
Can different centres offer different services?
Location-specific services and instructions are being considered within the configuration model. Tell us where your locations differ so we can understand the requirement.
Can we discuss a phased rollout?
Yes. Tell us about your locations, customer volume and existing systems when you book a discovery call, and we’ll plan the rollout with you.
Onboarding and verification
Does a successful identity check automatically approve the customer?
The workflow considers the wider customer file and required approvals. An individual check is one input into the decision.
Can an MLRO review cases?
Yes. Role-based compliance review and escalation are built in, including recorded decisions and supporting evidence.
Do we have to vet coworking and office members?
Not under the Money Laundering Regulations, as long as they don’t use your address. Many operators choose proportionate checks anyway, to protect their community and their reputation, and Protect lets you decide what that looks like. Virtual office and business address services are different: providing a business address makes you a trust or company service provider, and customer due diligence is required.
Mail, addresses and locations
Will mail matching be fully automatic?
No. Assisted matching reduces manual work, and staff confirm each match. Exception handling stays important where a recipient is unclear.
Will it support forwarding, authorised collectors and customer notifications?
Yes. Forwarding, authorised collectors and customer notifications are part of the mail workflows, with instructions, permissions and handling records linked to the customer.
Does an Address Health alert prove someone is misusing our address?
No. It identifies something to investigate. Your team needs to confirm the facts and the relationship before deciding on action. The platform doesn’t promise automatic removal of a registration.
Can compliance be reviewed centrally across locations?
Central review and location-level working are part of the workflow design. Tell us where your locations differ so we can understand the requirement.
Will every country be supported?
The focus is the UK. Ask us about data coverage and supported registers for your locations.
Grow
Is Grow a source of guaranteed leads?
No. Market information helps you identify possibilities and plan activity. It does not establish that a particular company wants a workspace or virtual office.
Does a new company registration mean they need an office?
A company registration is a useful signal. It does not prove office demand, available budget or buying intent. We want the sources, dates and limitations of an insight to be clear, so your team can use it sensibly.
Will it run our marketing automatically?
The tools support insight and planning. Campaign content and activity remain subject to your team’s review and decisions.
Can I use it now?
Yes. Book a discovery call and we’ll show you Grow for your own locations.
Will there be real business data?
Grow uses supported business data sources. Demonstration screens on this website are clearly labelled as examples.
What about companies that don’t want to hear from us?
Companies that have asked not to be contacted are removed from downloads, and every letter template says where the details came from and how to opt out.
Team training
Is the training free?
The introductory courses are free for anyone in Learn, whether or not you use Whoeverly. Protect adds team tracking, training records and training built around your own operation.
Can we take the courses now?
Yes. Sign up on the Learn page for free access and we’ll send you your login details. For current training support, see specialist support on our Compliance page.
Will completion certificates be professional qualifications?
Certificates record completion of the relevant learning. They should not be confused with an independent professional qualification such as CAMS.
Can managers track learning across locations?
Yes, with access controlled by staff responsibilities and permissions.
Compliance and monitoring
We use an aggregator. Do we still need our own AML registration?
You may. If you provide the address, an intermediary’s registration doesn’t automatically cover your business. HMRC treats these arrangements as a supply chain, and you stay responsible for working out whether your business needs its own supervision.
Can we rely on an aggregator’s checks?
In certain circumstances. Formal reliance under the Money Laundering Regulations has specific requirements, and you remain liable for any failure in customer due diligence. A registration, a contractual assurance or a statement that checks are done isn’t enough on its own.
Does Whoeverly take over our compliance responsibilities?
The platform supports your processes and oversight. Any separately agreed specialist service will have its own scope and responsibilities.
Is an MLRO included in the plans?
No. The plans don’t include an MLRO service. MLRO as a Service is an optional add-on, by enquiry, with the scope, fees and responsibility arrangements agreed in writing.
Is consultancy required to use Whoeverly?
No. The platform doesn’t require a separate consultancy engagement.
Is Whoeverly ISO 27001 certified?
We are not claiming ISO 27001 certification. Any certifications achieved in future will be stated clearly with their scope.
Can we upload live customer identity records now?
Not through this website. Customer records go into the platform once you’re set up. Please do not send customer identity documents or sensitive case information through these forms.
Where will production data be hosted?
We share our hosting and data-processing details with you before you onboard. Ask us for them if you need them for procurement.
Which integrations are available today?
None yet. Tell us what you use when you book a discovery call, and we’ll explain the scope and limitations of each connection as it’s confirmed.
Pricing
How much does Whoeverly cost?
Pricing is per location, per month, and depends on your setup: which products you use, how many locations you have and how much checking you need. Book a discovery call and we’ll talk you through the numbers for your locations.
How many due diligence checks are included?
Protect includes a monthly allowance of due diligence checks for each location, which is enough for most centres. If you need more in a busy month, you can add extra checks. We’ll go through the allowance for your locations on a discovery call.
What does onboarding cost?
Self-service set-up is free, with our guidance. Guided set-up is a one-off service where a CAMS-qualified member of our team runs a consultation with you, helps you determine your risk levels and puts the system in place for you. Ask about it on a discovery call.
Do I need the Mail add-on?
Protect lets your team flag a concerning item of post for review. The Mail add-on adds the full mailroom: logging and matching every item, customer notifications and collection records.
Can we start with one product and add the other later?
Yes, that’s the idea. Grow and Protect share the same customer records, so adding the other product shouldn’t mean starting again. Talk to us when you’re ready to add it.
Do I need an aggregator to run a virtual office service?
No. Grow helps you find customers, and Protect helps you vet them, onboard them and stay compliant, so you can run the service yourself and keep the income.
Does a larger operator need Enterprise?
The right option depends on your workflows, integration and reporting needs, as well as volume. Tell us about your setup and we can discuss the fit.
Can we buy Grow or Protect on its own?
Yes. Each product can be taken on its own or together, and Mail is added to Protect. Speak to our team about the right combination for your locations.
