Growth, operations and compliance, in one place.

Growth

More virtual office revenue.

Grow shows you the new businesses forming around your locations and helps you reach them first. Some need an address, others a desk or an office.

  • New companies near every location
  • The ones that look like they’re run from home
  • Letters and downloads to reach them yourself

With Grow

Operations

Time back at the front desk.

Every item of post logged and matched to the right customer, and a clear view of which businesses are using your address.

With Protect and the Mail add-on

Compliance

Compliance made practical.

Stay HMRC-ready for your virtual office clients, and protect your reputation with proportionate vetting and monitoring of physical members too. Protect brings onboarding, compliance, mail and your address together, so you know who you’re working with and what happens next.

  • Onboarding and vetting for virtual and physical members
  • Screening, monitoring and a clear audit trail
  • Address Health, team training and a Mail add-on

With Protect

Or use both together. See our plans

Is the admin growing faster than the business?

A customer is ready to join. Their documents aren’t. The centre team has a pile of post. Head office needs an update. Someone who cancelled months ago is still using your address.

Meanwhile, you’re trying to grow the business.

The work matters. Doing it through scattered inboxes, spreadsheets and repeated follow-ups makes it harder than it needs to be.

Whoeverly brings that work into one place, with routine follow-ups handled automatically.

Give your team time to grow the business.

Make more of your locations

Find opportunities for virtual office revenue around your existing locations. Build direct relationships with those customers and keep control of how you serve them.

Keep compliance moving

Bring customer information, checks, risk reviews and evidence into a structured process. Give the right people a clear view of what needs attention.

Stop paying for the same admin twice

Once a customer has been onboarded, their information should be there for the colleagues handling their service. Your team shouldn’t have to enter it all again.

One customer. One connected story.

  1. Get them onboard

Collect the information needed for checks, with follow-ups for anything missing.

  2. Make the decision

Bring evidence and risk information together, with the right review and approval before activation.

  3. Keep the service running

Show centre teams what to do with each customer’s mail, taking account of their current service status.

  4. Keep up with changes

Track reviews, relevant company changes and outstanding actions. Keep a record of who did what and why.

  5. Close the loop

Manage cancellation tasks, mail instructions and continued address use after a customer leaves.

Built for…

More virtual office business. Less actual hassle.

The address may be virtual. The work behind it is very real.

  • See each application, including the checks and approvals still needed before activation.
  • Your mail team knows when a customer is active, suspended or cancelled, and what that means for the item in front of them.
  • Give outstanding compliance work an owner and keep it visible until it has been dealt with.
  • Use local market information to grow a business you control.
More for virtual office operators

Find your next customers on your own doorstep.

Grow shows you who’s starting up around your locations, and which of them need a proper business address.

  • New companies within 2 to 20 miles of every centre, against the period before
  • The new businesses that look like they’re run from home
  • Letter templates and downloads to reach them yourself

Worth a closer look: construction is growing locally but makes up 3% of your customers. Could your offer be useful to them?

We know the work behind the workspace.

Whoeverly brings together two founders who’ve seen compliance from both sides. Francesca Dixon is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with a decade in virtual offices and flexible workspace. Eddie Whittingham is a former police officer and solicitor whose legal work focused on regulatory and corporate crime, including money laundering. He went on to build and sell a technology business and to found Ministry of Work.

We know what a good record looks like when someone asks questions later, and what it costs when everyday work is harder than it needs to be.

Software, with experts behind it.

When you want hands-on help, Francesca and the team offer AML health checks, team workshops and ongoing support alongside the software.

There could be more business in your building.

Thinking of introducing virtual office services at one location or across your portfolio? Before you take your first customer, there are legal obligations to meet. A business address service makes you a trust or company service provider under the Money Laundering Regulations, so you need HMRC registration and the right checks in place from day one.

Our free Virtual Office Launch Pack helps you work out what’s required and whether the service makes sense for your business.

  • A step-by-step guide to HMRC registration
  • The legal obligations to meet before you start
  • A launch readiness checklist
  • An example customer journey

Questions you might have

Is Whoeverly available now?
Yes. Book a discovery call and we’ll walk you through Grow and Protect with your own locations in mind. You can also get the free Virtual Office Launch Pack now.
Who is it for?
Virtual office, coworking, serviced office and business centre operators. We’re designing it with the coordination and oversight needs of larger, multi-location businesses firmly in mind.
Will it replace our workspace management software?
No. Whoeverly isn’t a booking or access system. It works alongside the software you already use, helping you find new members and know who’s in your building. Tell us what you use when you book a discovery call, and we’ll confirm what Whoeverly can connect to for your set-up.
Will it do everything automatically?
It automates routine tasks and follow-ups. Exceptions, risk decisions and approvals still need the appropriate human oversight.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is per location and depends on your setup. Book a discovery call and we’ll talk you through the numbers for your locations. Larger groups can talk to us about Enterprise. See our plans.

Your next location shouldn’t come with another mountain of admin.

Whoeverly helps you grow without letting compliance work take over your team’s day.

A discovery call is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
